Description of Service

Pints is a bar management system providing:

• Point of Sale (POS) functionality
• Tab management and tracking
• Inventory management
• Sales analytics and reporting
• Team management and permissions

User Accounts

Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Pints for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Transfer your account to another party
• Use automated tools to scrape our data
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial periods at any time.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Pints. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

By using Pints, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve our services.

Intellectual Property

The Pints name, logo, and all related trademarks are property of Eaziebuy Technologies. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

PINTS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eaziebuy Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Pints or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pints ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or posting on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lilongwe, Malawi.
